Refund policy

At Knead Not Want Bakery, every item is made fresh to order. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date for a full refund.

Once baking or preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds
If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at Dayle@kneadnotwantbakery.com. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on the situation.
